Top 5 Consumer Finance Apps Performance in Hungary Q4 2023

Throughout Q4 2023, the performance of the top 5 consumer finance applications in Hungary exhibited diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.

Google Wallet saw significant fluctuations in downloads, peaking at approximately 11.5K in the first week of November, while the lowest point was around 7.2K in late November. Weekly active users displayed an upward trend, starting at about 18.5K in late September and reaching a peak of nearly 25K in mid-November before dropping to around 20.8K by the end of December.

paysafecard - prepaid payments experienced a steady decline in downloads, starting from 875 in late September and falling to 408 by the end of December. Weekly active users also showed a downward trend, beginning at 3.5K in late September and decreasing to approximately 2.8K by the end of December.

Splitwise had modest download numbers, with a high of 875 in mid-October and a low of 369 in mid-December. Revenue peaked at around $136 in early November, while weekly active users decreased from roughly 4.2K in late September to 3.2K by early December, with a slight uptick to 3.2K by the end of the month.

Money manager & expenses saw a peak in downloads at 725 in late October and a low of 375 in early October. Revenue was highest in early December at $49, and weekly active users fluctuated, peaking at 5.8K in late October and ending the quarter at approximately 5.2K.

Skrill - Fast, secure payments showed a consistent decline in downloads from 633 in late September to 334 by the end of December. Weekly active users also trended downwards, starting at 1.8K in late September and ending at about 1.5K in late December.
